Your deposit is 100% refundable. You get to meet your puppy in Thousand Oaks, California on your puppies’ availability date before making the final decision to adopt or not. If you choose to adopt, you will pay the final adoption cost and take your puppy home that day. You can also say no for any reason and get a full refund on your deposit.
